現於韓國檀國大學修讀現代舞專業博士課程。曾於德國德累斯頓舞蹈學院進行舞蹈交換，並獲得結業證書。
以編創作品於天津舞蹈節中獲得優秀表演榮譽稱號，亦曾入圍韓國NDA國際舞蹈節編舞大賽，更於韓國青年舞蹈節中獲得最佳編舞獎。
多次獲邀參演國際性舞蹈節，包括日本SAI舞蹈節、韓國青年舞蹈節、韓國釜山名舞一家流舞蹈節、韓國TanzPRO Korea in Cheongju、韓國SITFIT國際舞蹈節、首爾國際即興舞蹈節、濟州國際即興舞蹈節、亞洲一人劇節、美國Dance Camera West。
Recently, Ka-I Sio is enrolled in the PhD’s program in the Department of Dance of Graduate School, Dankook University. She got a certificate for Master Dance Workshop in Palucca University of Dance Dresden.
Her creations have been nominated for a Choreography Award in the NDA International Dance Festival and have gotten an Excellent Performance Award in Tianjin Dance Festival, and a Best Choreography Award in Korea Youth Dance Festival.
Her creations also have been invited to worldwide festivals, such as SAI Dance Festival, Signature Dance Festival, SITFIT Dance Festival, Seoul International Improvisation Dance Festival, Asian Monodrama Festival, Dance Camera West.
