Imaginary Enemy
《假想敵》是一件以身體為核心的當代馬戲作品，結合舞蹈與劇場語彙，探討人如何在關係與自我之間不斷投射與對抗。
作品以桌子與椅子作為舞台結構與第三角色，建構如同日常生活般的空間，象徵秩序、壓力與界線。角色在推拉、支撐與失衡的過程中，逐漸意識到所謂的敵人並非來自外部，而是源於內在尚未被理解的狀態。
《假想敵》關心的不是勝負，而是當人停止對抗後，是否能與內在矛盾共存。
Imaginary Enemy is a contemporary circus work that combines dance and theatrical elements to explore the tension between the self and inner conflict.
Using tables and chairs as both physical structures and a third presence on stage, the work creates a familiar yet unstable environment, echoing daily life and its invisible pressures.
Through handstands, balances, collapses, and physical confrontations, the performers navigate a shifting relationship in which the enemy gradually reveals itself not as an external force, but as an inner projection.
Rather than seeking resolution or victory, Imaginary Enemy reflects on the possibility of coexistence — embracing contradiction, vulnerability, and the self we cannot escape.

蔡宏義為台灣當代馬戲創作者與表演者，專長為倒立與身體平衡，作品關注身體、空間與心理狀態之間的關係。他的創作融合當代馬戲、舞蹈與劇場語彙，透過極簡的舞台結構，探索人與自我、他人及環境之間的張力與共存。
近年作品多次受邀於國內外藝術平台演出，持續發展以身體為核心的當代馬戲創作。
Tsai Hung-Yi is a Taiwanese contemporary circus artist and performer, specializing in handstands and physical balance.
His work explores the relationship between the body, space, and inner psychological states, combining contemporary circus, dance, and theatrical language.
Through minimalist stage elements and physical structures, his creations investigate tension, confrontation, and coexistence between the self, others, and the surrounding environment.
His recent works have been presented on various domestic and international platforms, continuing to develop a body-centered approach to contemporary circus creation.
