The Bath Murder Case is a surreal duet that reimagines detective fiction's narrative logic through the body. Within the confined bathroom, two performers engage in a shifting psychological game where intimacy, suspicion, violence, and tenderness permeate and morph into one another.
Integrating contemporary partnering, wrestling vocabulary, and physical theater, the work treats virtuosic movement as "action" rather than display: lifts become confrontations, pulls stem from embraces, and physical collisions gradually reveal hidden desires and fragile inner states.
The atmosphere drifts between suspense, absurdity, and dark humor. Reality and imagination blur, as if the audience is flipping through a detective novel where clues emerge, vanish, and contradict.

Developed since August 2024, the piece has evolved through multiple versions, expanding possibilities through scenographic experiments including real water, prop guns, and extended performance spaces.
