夏夫茲伯里曾說過：「人類除了視、聽、味、嗅、觸五種感官之外還有隸屬心靈和理性的感官。」而人們常以感官交織出萬種情緒。舞作中嘗試以最直接的肢體表達油然而生的情緒，襯托出內在情感與蔓生價值觀的碰撞。《十二肢》意指人體對稱之關節，肘、腕、髖、膝、踝，以發展獨特的肢體形式。利用此變化進行對為身體的一種實驗性的嘗試。
Anthony Ashley Cooper, 3rd Earl of Shaftesbury said: "In addition to the five senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch, human beings also have senses that belong to the mind and inner sense.” Human usually Intertwining all kinds of emotions with the sensory perception. In the piece, we try to directly use “body” to express the inner sense. “Articulations’’ means human body’s symmetrical joints, like elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. Through this to experimentally create a unique body form.
